What is Driveway Plug-in? Do I need to register to use this service?
Driveway Plug-in is a desktop application that allows you to upload files to your free 2 GB Driveway account and share files/folders with associates, each up to 500 MB in size. Once you Sign-up for an account, simply Download and install the application to create Parkit links directly from the desktop.

How do I create share links?
After installing the Driveway Plug-in, right-click on the file that you wish to share and select the option to ’Create Driveway Link’ to begin upload.
Login to your Driveway account to which you wish to upload the selected file/folders.
On successful login, a screen appears showing the upload progress.
The login screen will not appear again for successive file uploads if the option 'Remember me on this computer' is selected.
On successful upload, the file details (name and size etc.) and a download link will be displayed. Enter the email id of the recipient with whom you wish to share the file/folder and click ‘Send’ to send the share link.
Your associate will receive the download link while you will receive a confirmation of the same.
To access the file, just click on this download link. You would be taken to the Download page, which displays the file details. Enter the text verification code and click ‘Download‘ to view and /or save the file to your local machine.

I have multiple Driveway accounts. How do I create share links for different accounts, using Driveway Plug-in?
Click on the ‘Update Authentication’ button present on the confirmation screen. The Driveway login screen will appear once again. Update the authentication by entering your username/email id and password to upload files to another Driveway account and create share links directly from the desktop.

What are the files formats that I can upload?
Driveway Plug-in accepts all file types, including audio, video and Office files.
