Why did the credit application time out?

First, don’t get discouraged. In many cases, our lending partners are taking more time because they are working on finding a lending offer suited to your individual situation. However, there could be multiple reasons why your credit application has timed-out, including errors or incomplete information, delay in evaluation of credit, conditional or declines from lenders. We know your time is valuable and so if it looks like processing your application is taking a little longer, your case will be transferred over to a Driveway team member who will update you about the application status.
