When will I get paid if I sell my car to Driveway?

As quickly as possible! We want to get that cash in your hand, like, yesterday. 

Once Driveway picks up your vehicle, we’ll initiate payment using one of two digital payment services: RTP or ACH.  

RTPs (real-time payments) happen instantly, so you’ll have the money in your bank account right away. If your bank doesn’t accept RTPs, you’ll receive your payment using an ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfer, which takes 1–3 business days to reach your account. Both methods are speedy and secure, saving you a trip to the bank!
