What if I don't have a My Driveway account?
Setting up a My Driveway account is super easy. On your mobile device, navigate to Driveway.com, click the avatar in the top right corner of your screen, then click Create an Account. If you’re on a desktop computer, navigate to Driveway.com, then click Sign Up in the top right corner.
How do I connect my Driveway Finance Corporation (DFC) loan account to My Driveway?
To connect your accounts, log into your My Driveway account, open the menu under your name in the top right corner of your screen, and click “Go to myDFC” under the Manage Your Loan section. You will then be asked to connect your accounts. You’ll need to provide your full name as it appears on your loan, your date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (or Tax Identification Number).

What is the purpose of a pre-qualification?
Pre-qualifying helps you narrow down your car search by getting a ballpark figure of how much money you can afford to borrow for a car loan. You’ll need to provide income information and your credit score range. In return, you’ll receive an idea of terms, rates, and the type of monthly payment you can expect.
Can I get financing through Driveway?
After you select a vehicle, you can apply for financing in real time with our Driveway lending partners. You can view multiple offers and choose the right financing terms that work for your budget. Our online financing application process will walk you through the various steps to get the relevant information needed to complete the credit application.
You’ll be given the opportunity to personalize the credit terms to meet your needs before you submit your application.
Then Driveway will go to work with our lending partners and in a short period of time you should see multiple, personalized offers from our lending partners.
You then can review each offer and choose the one that works best for you.

Do I need a high credit score to apply for auto financing?
Driveway and our lending partners do not restrict anyone from submitting a credit application based on their credit score; any customer who the law allows is free to submit a credit application. Our lending partners consider multiple factors to evaluate every application, and credit score is just one of the parameters. Our Driveway team and partners will review each situation independently and consider a variety of options to find which, if any, financing offer might be the best fit for your individual situation.
