Oops, I forgot my password. What should I do?

We've all been there, right? Don't fret, we've got you! 

On your mobile device: 

• Tap the avatar in the top right corner of any page. 

• Select Forgot your password? 

• Enter the email address you used when you signed up, then select Send Reset Link. 

• We'll send you a link to reset your password. 

From a computer: 

• Click Log In in the top right corner of any page. 

• Select Forgot your password? 

• Enter the email address you used when you signed up, then select Send Reset Link. 

• We'll send you a link to reset your password. 

We want your account to be secure, so here's what your new password has to contain:   

• At least 8 characters 

• An upper case letter 

• A lower case letter 

• A number 

• A special character
