How do I change my password?

Quick Answer

You can change your password from your My Driveway dashboard. Go to your Profile and select Reset. You'll then receive an email from us that includes a link to change your password.

Once you've logged in, go to your My Driveway dashboard to manage everything about your account. Here's how to find it:  

  • On a mobile device, you'll find My Driveway under the avatar in the top right corner of any page.  

  • From a computer, click your name in the top right corner of any page to see the My Driveway menu. 

  From the My Driveway drop-down menu:  

  • Select Profile.  

  • Next to Security, select Reset

  • We'll send you an email with a link to create a new password.  

If you're already looking at your My Driveway dashboard, scroll down to the Explore My Driveway section and select Profile. From the Security section, select Reset to change your password. Here's all the good stuff your new password needs to contain:  

  • At least 8 characters 

  • An upper case letter 

  • A lower case letter 

  • A number 

  • A special character 

A lot of internet security experts these days suggest that long passphrases are the way to go. We're cool with that too and may (or may not) have just changed one of our passwords to this doozy: DrivewayTakesTheCake4SweetRides!
