How do I make sure my Vouched identity verification goes smoothly?

Submitting clear, high-quality photos is essential to ensure a smooth identity verification process with Vouched. Here are a few suggestions for taking high-quality photos of your driver's license and yourself:

Taking an ID photo:

• Use a valid, government-issued driver's license or state ID

• Take the photo on a clear, flat surface in a well-lit environment to avoid glare and shadows

• Make sure all four edges of your driver's license are visible in the photo

• Make sure to use your physical license or ID card

  Taking a selfie photo: 

• Be sure to take a live selfie of yourself

• Do not upload or use a saved photo

• Do not click to take the photo; simply open and close your mouth to trigger the auto-capture and verify liveness

• Do not wear any hats, glasses, or other accessories 

• Position your full face correctly within the frame provide on the screen 

• Take the photo in a well-lit environment to avoid glare and dark shadows
