Is there a guarantee on new cars?

Yes! New and used vehicles have the same Driveway guarantees: transparency, delivery, and a 7-day/400-mile return policy (whichever comes first). Additionally, many new cars also offer manufacturer warranties. If you have questions regarding whether the vehicle you are interested in has a manufacturer warranty, just call 888-DRV-EWAY, email us at support@driveway.com, or start a chat in the chat box.

As long as you decide to return your vehicle within 7 days or 400 miles of driving, we are more than happy to take back any vehicle you buy from us for a refund (minus shipping fees).
