Is there a guarantee on the cars Driveway sells?

Yes! New and used vehicles from Driveway come with a money-back guarantee. After we deliver the vehicle, you’ve got time to make sure it’s the car of your dreams. Think of it as an extended test drive!  

Depending on your specific vehicle, the return window varies as follows: 

• Pre-owned vehicle priced under $100,000: 7 days (up to 400 miles) 

• Pre-owned vehicle priced at $100,000 or more: 4 days (up to 50 miles) 

• All new vehicles: 4 days (up to 50 miles)

As long as you decide to return or exchange your vehicle within its specified timeframe and mileage limit, we’re more than happy to take back any vehicle you buy from us for a refund or exchange (minus shipping fees).
