What are the terms of the money-back guarantee?

We want your vehicle purchase with Driveway to be worry-free, so we offer a money-back guarantee.  

Depending on your specific vehicle, the return window varies as follows: 

• Pre-owned vehicle priced under $100,000: 7 days or 400 miles, whichever comes first 

• Pre-owned vehicle priced at $100,000 or more: 4 days or 50 miles, whichever comes first 

• New vehicle: 4 days or 50 miles, whichever comes first 

If you’re not satisfied, just send it back. Here’s how: 

• Contact Driveway to initiate a return or exchange within the timeframe specified above for your vehicle, counted from the day you received it 

• We need to hear from you no later than 5 pm ET on the last day of the return window 

• Shipping fees associated with the purchase are not eligible for a refund 

Driveway cannot accept returns or exchanges if the vehicle exceeds the specified mileage limit or has been damaged, in an accident, modified, or altered in any way from the condition it was delivered in. Driveway also cannot accept returns or exchanges if a lien or other encumbrance has been added to the vehicle beyond any Driveway financing.
