What are the terms of the 7-day money back guarantee?

We want your new car purchase with Driveway to be worry-free, so we make our guarantee simple and transparent. The duration of your guarantee is four hundred (400) miles or seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date, whichever comes first.

• Contact Driveway within 7 calendar days counted from the day you received your vehicle to return or exchange your vehicle.

• We need to hear from you no later than 5:00 pm ET on the 7th calendar day.

• Shipping fees associated with the purchase are not eligible for a refund as part of the 7-day money-back guarantee.

Driveway cannot accept returns or exchanges if the vehicle has been damaged, in an accident, modified, or altered in any way from the condition it was delivered in. Also, Driveway cannot accept returns or exchanges if an additional lien or encumbrance has been added to the vehicle beyond your initial transaction with Driveway.
