How do I update my personal information?

To change your personal information on your loan, you’ll need to contact Driveway Finance Corporation (DFC) directly. Give us a call at 1-855-723-2669 or mail your request to our office.

While there is a way to change your personal information using your My Driveway dashboard, that will only update My Driveway and not your actual DFC loan.
