The credit bureaus received incorrect information about my account. How do I submit a dispute?

If you believe we are reporting incorrect or incomplete information about you to a credit bureau, please write to Driveway Finance Corporation (DFC) describing your dispute and why you believe it is incorrect or incomplete. Be sure to include all information you may have about the inaccuracy so we can properly review your account. If you have a copy of the credit report that shows the disputed information, please include a copy in your correspondence to:
